IUAA South Bend Region: Sushi, Sake & Sweets
Join the IU Alumni Association South Bend Region for a private sushi making demonstration and tasting presented by the chefs at Woochi Japanese Fusion & Bar. Enjoy a demonstration on the art of making the perfect sushi roll and receive a sample from each roll made, along with appetizers, three sake pairings, and dessert. A cash bar will be available.
In addition to these tasty treats, IU South Bend Senior Lecturer Yoshiko Okada Green will speak about the Japanese culture at 5:45 pm and share a brief history related to sushi and sake before the tasting begins.

Register for $50 by Monday, October 7.
Proceeds will be directed toward the St. Joseph County Alumni Chapter Scholarship, supporting students from St. Joseph County attending any IU campus.
Must be 21 or older to attend.
