Join IUAA Central Indiana and the Asian Pacific Islander Alumni Association for an exciting evening of food, culture, and connection! This hands-on culinary experience offers the perfect blend of fun and flavor as we dive into making authentic Southeast Asian dishes, including dumplings and spring rolls.

Whether you’re a foodie, a cooking novice, or just looking for a unique way to meet other IU alumni, this event has something for everyone. Enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, share laughs over delicious bites, and learn tips and techniques from expert instructors.

• All the ingredients and guidance you need to create mouthwatering dumplings and spring rolls (vegetarian/vegan options available).
• Soft drinks, light appetizers, and water, with additional food and drinks available for purchase.
