IUAA Twin Cities: Private St. Paul Brewery Tour

March 1, 2025 at 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. CST
St. Paul Brewing, 688 Minnehaha Ave E, St.Paul, Minnesota, 55106

A rich history lies within the walls of the former stables, carpentry shop and keg wash house, where it began as Hamm's Brewing before prohibition! Only one hundred breweries survived Prohibition and Hamm's was not only one of them, but it grew to be the fifth largest brewery in the nation after Prohibition was repealed!

Hear everything from the fascinating story of how William Hamm Jr. was kidnapped for ransom, and what led to Hamm's departure from this location and the long history of breweries that followed. Jimmy Keebs, who started working on site for the former Flat Earth Brewing, wrote this tour spanning the history of Theo Hamm Brewing Co, Pabst, Olympia, and Stroh Brewing Co. to the present day of Saint Paul Brewing. Keebs is an actor around the Twin Cities film scene having appeared in many feature and short films.
